Bad Credit Auto Loans - Should You Get a Bad Credit Vehicle Loan?

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Carrie_Reeder]Carrie Reeder Getting an auto loan with bad credit is almost as easy as getting a loan with good credit. In fact, several loan companies only offer bad credit loans. While this is good for individuals in need of a new vehicle, there is a downside to getting a bad credit loan. Here are a few tips you should consider before agreeing to a bad credit loan. Lenders that Offer Bad Credit Automobile Loans If you are looking for a bad credit auto loan, you will need to bypass your neighborhood banks and find an auto loan broker. While banks and other financial institutions regularly offer vehicle loans, they are not eager to lend money to individuals with a low credit score. In most cases, your credit score must be at least 640-620 to receive bank financing. There are two types of lenders that offer bad credit auto loans: sub prime lenders and hard money lenders. Both lenders work with high risk applicants. However, sub prime lenders are more reputable. Nonetheless, an applicant must meet basic requirements before a loan is approved. For starters, auto loan applicants must have verifiable employment and income. Sub prime lenders also require applicants to be at least 18-years-old. The requirements for a hard money loan are less stringent. Because of more lenient guidelines, hard money lenders charge applicants ridiculously high interest rates on auto loans. On average, a good credit applicant may obtain a car loan with a rate of 5 percent. A hard money lender will charge a rate 5 or 6 points above this. Most sub prime lenders that offer bad credit vehicle loans do not take advantage of people. They are eager to help you. While the interest on sub prime loans is typically 7 to 9 percent, these lenders will not charge excessive rates in order to increase their profit. Getting a Bad Credit Vehicle Loan Bad credit vehicle loans are good for several reasons. One, they afford the opportunity for you to get a new or used vehicle. Two, these loans help you reestablish or build credit. If you have recently filed bankruptcy, a new auto loan is perfect for boosting your credit score. If you are considering a bad credit auto loan, avoid shady or hard money lenders. To locate a trustworthy lender, submit an auto loan application through a broker site. Candles And Fire Safety

By Steve Pfeiffer Decorative and fragranced candles may be an attractive addition to your home dcor, but if used improperly, they can be a serious fire hazard. According to the National Fire Protection Association Journal article, “Candle Fires on the Rise”, residential fires caused by candles have more than doubled over the past decade. In addition to being a fire hazard, improperly used candles can generate a significant amount of soot. This soot can damage the walls, floors and ceilings of your home as well as your personal belongings. According to a pilot study of candle fires by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), by far, most candle fires were caused by combustibles being too close to the candle. The next most common cause of candle fires was due to the candle falling over or being knocked over by wind, doors, children or pets. Here are some safety tips: Keep candles a minimum of 1 foot, in all directions, from flammable and combustible items such as curtains or bedding. Make sure curtains cannot be blown over the candle by wind. Place candles on secure furniture and out of the reach of children and pets. Only burn candles while under constant adult supervision. Keep matches and lighters out of the reach of children. Trim wicks prior to each use to within -inch from the top of the candle. Extinguish the flame if it burns too close to the container side. Place burning candles away from drafts and vents. Do not allow candles to burn down to the bottom of their container. Stick candles should not be allowed to burn down below 2 inches from their holder. Extinguish all candles before leaving the house or when going to bed. Avoid burning candles for more than four hours at a time. Avoid walking while holding a burning candle. Do not move a glass container when the wax is liquid. Use a flashlight rather than a candle during power outages. Do not use a candle for light when fueling equipment such as a kerosene heater or lantern as the flame may ignite the fuel vapors. Secure candles in holders made of glass, ceramic, metal or other noncombustible material. Avoid using candles that have combustible materials embedded in them. Follow this tips and safely enjoy your candle burning! http://www.silvercitycandle.com Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Steve_Pfeiffer http://EzineArticles.com/?Candles-And-Fire-Safety&id=487631 phentermine w out prescription phentermine and pharmacy my little pharmacy phentermine buy phentermine hydrochloride

Getting Your Money Out of Israel: The Presbyterian Church (USA) Recipe

By James Strong Recently, the Presbyterian Church (USA) beat a drum for justice. This brave denomination took the first steps toward removing its monies from companies that profit from the Israeli theft of Palestinian land. The church will target companies that operate in the occupied territories; that sell products, services or technology to support Israeli settlements; that do business with organizations that rest on a patio of violence against civilians; or that help the construction of the long, dismal, fenced and stone barrier of hate which separates Palestinians from their loved ones. As is the case with all peoples who install injustice, American Jews and Christian evangelicals bang the pots and pans of opposition. Despite the clanging the Presbyterian Church (USA) made the only decision justice could hug and kiss. It heard the trumpet call of Amos 5:7: You are doomed, yells the prophet, you that twist justice and cheat people out of their rights! How did the Presbyterian Church (USA) interpret that call? If it keeps its monies in those companies, the Jehovah of justice convicts it. If it withdraws its monies, it has sprayed water on the fire of condemnation. We applaud the Presbyterian Church (USA). If it were a football team, we would be its loyal fans and echo these words by an insightful storyteller: The house sleeps and morning rises and cereal waits. And the stomach hurries to digest a just decision. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Copyright 2005 by James Strong To contact James Strong, please send an email to: linwood_jl@yahoo.com. 7 Ways a Copywriter Can Help Your Business Succeed

By Michele Pariza Wacek Think you cant afford to hire a copywriter? Think again. Here are seven ways a copywriter can contribute to the success of your business. #1 Save you time. Chances are, you have more than enough things to fill your day with other than writing brochure copy or freshening your Web site or getting that pesky newsletter article off your desk. When you hire a professional copywriter, not only are you getting one more thing off your to-do list, but also it will probably get done faster than you could do it. #2 Find the right words. Whats the purpose of copywriting? To sell your business, your image, your products or your services. Obvious, right? But whats key here is sell. The words chosen to represent your business, your image, your products or your services need to be doing their job selling what you need sold. Thats where a copywriter shines (the great ones anyway). Making sure those words are out there selling to your target audience. #3 Cut through the chaos. Every day, Americans are hit with over 3,000 attempts to snag their attention. The right words can help your message stand out and be noticed rather than getting overlooked. #4 Provide the foundation of your marketing. The right words can work hand-in-hand with your sales force. Words will soften your target audience, giving your salespeople an edge when they deliver their pitch. A piece of literature or ad can reach hundreds, thousands or even millions of people, and if crafted right, can have them calling your sales force rather than the other way around (wouldnt that be nice?). #5 Keep you in control. When you supply your sales force or employees with already written pitches, sales letters and high-quality literature, you stay in control of your message because theyre using words youve already approved rather than coming up with their own message. #6 Make you look good. Well-written copy combined with eye-catching graphics will add a level of professionalism and elevate your businesss image to a higher level. #7 Help you be objective. Many business people are too close to their business, so its difficult for them to see not just faults but also strengths. Copywriters can come in and be objective, really seeing how best to sell the business, the image, the products or services. Then they can craft the right message for maximum results. Copywriting can be a powerful tool in your marketing arsenal. Make sure the words chosen to represent your company are as compelling and as effective as possible. Fat Loss Program - 3 Stellar Tips for Maximum Fat Loss

By Tom Gifford Understanding the right components of a fat loss program in the gym is absolutely crucial to your success. After reading this article on the right aspects of a fat loss program, you will say goodbye to doing long boring cardio routines and hundreds of crunches. This article will show you the 3 major parts of a fat loss program, and why each one is as beneficial as it is! FAT LOSS PROGRAM PRINCIPLE #1: You need to add muscle. Does this sound contradictory to what you may think about a good fat loss program? Most people think that a fat loss program that involves adding muscle mass will make them heavier or “bulky”. The truth is, a fat loss program that includes strength training will help you add muscle mass, which will in turn increase your resting and active metabolism! Think about it for a second, why would you NOT want more muscle mass? Muscle is what burns calories while you are exercising. If you have more lean muscle mass, you will burn more calories and lose more fat! FAT LOSS PROGRAM PRINCIPLE #2: Increase metabolism through interval training. Say goodbye to long and boring cardio routines! If your fat loss program involves doing long bouts on a cardio machine, your results have probably been very meager. By doing the same “same speed” cardio workout over and over again, your body will adapt. This means you will burn less and less calories with more subsequent exposures! Try interval training instead. It is a great addition to your fat loss program because it is fast and a lot more effective. Interval training means you are switching back and forth between high and low intensities. For example, you might go 2 minutes slow followed by 1 minute fast. Repeat this 2-1 format 3-6 times and you have a great metabolism boosting addition to your fat loss program! Because interval training involves pushing yourself, make sure you ask your doctor first before trying it. Safety is your number one priority! FAT LOSS PROGRAM PRINCIPLE #3: If your diet doesnt change, neither will you. This is the most important part of a fat loss program! By decreasing the overall number of calories you take in, you will lose body fat! If you eat 4-6 small meals per day of good quality protein, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats, you will keep your blood sugar more regulated and not be hungry all the time. You can even cheat a few times a week and still have your fat loss program just fine. The key is to stay away from fad diets, crash diets, and high glycemic “bad carbs”. If you try including these as part of your fat loss program, you will find yourself staying where you are and being frustrated. It is a good idea to see a Registered Dietician to get an individual fat loss diet program. Have the extra accountability may be just what you need to stick with making good food choices! So in conclusion, the major components of a fat loss program include exercising and having a great diet. If you want to learn more about the specifics of how to incorporate each one into your fat loss program, check out the links below. Want to Reprint this Article on Fat Loss Program? 6 Steps To Make Sure Your Cashflow Is King

By Ed Pearson Cashflow, rarely understood or explained in a sentence (and sorry to disappoint but I won’t try in this blog either) but every business relies on healthy cashflow in their accounts. Are you financially fit enough to meet the cashflow demands on your business? Here’s a few pointers to make sure you allow cashflow to be maximised in your business: 1. Sharpen your billing process make sure you bill debtors promptly, ask creditors to extend their terms to you and offer incentives for invoiced clients if they pay you promptly. Maybe consider a percentage reduction for early payment. For longer, ongoing jobs you should always discuss the dates and amounts for payment beforehand. 2. Focus on your market expertise it can be difficult to stock and track lots of small numbers of items. If you are stuck with stock then it isn’t producing returns for your business. So get rid as quickly as possible and then concentrate on your mainstream market. 3. Use credit reference agencies do check that your clients are going to be able to pay you back. The best deals in business can sometimes be the ones you walk away from! 4. Restructure your finance I often wonder how even small businesses can often have 4 or 5 lenders for cars, assets, funding etc. A review of your current situation from an independent adviser may create a saving without affecting your ability to deliver. 5. Cut your overhead costs now I don’t mean staff, I mean the everyday items that you use day in day out; telephones, stationery, electricity, waste, packaging, gas….. If you save 10,000 on your bottom line in a year and you have a 20% profit margin then that’s the equivalent of putting in an extra 50,000 of sales without the same inherent risks. 6. When all else fails if the above still won’t be enough to stop the worry of cashflow in your business, if things seem tougher than they ought to be then talk to somebody who understands insolvency. You’ll be amazed at what is available to help small business rise up again. Call Debt Dr for a chat over a coffee. Why Not All Phones Will Work On Any Network

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Victor_Epand]Victor Epand With the major providers, you will need to have a device from that provider. You don’t have to buy a new device, per se, but you wouldn’t be able to start up service unless you had a device from that provider. So, if you purchased an unlocked GSM device on-line and then went to T-Mobile, for example, and provided them with the IMEI number of that device, they would tell you that the device was not a T-Mobile device and that you would not be able to start up service without a T-Mobile device. If, however, you started up service with T-Mobile and got a phone at little or no charge and then purchased an unlocked GSM device on-line, you could take the SIM card from your T-Mobile phone and put it into the new device and it would work. A couple of things to keep in mind. The major carriers all test the devices they sell extensively and only sell devices that meet very specific criteria. If you were to use a device that was not supported by the carrier, you may have issues, such as dropped calls, etc. When you purchase your device through the carriers, with your service, the device is under warranty (typically 12 months) with the provider. You are also guaranteed that the device has been tested on the specific network, etc. So, since it appears that you already have cell service…if it is GSM service (i.e., T-Mobile or Cingular) and you purchased a GSM phone on line, all you would have to do is put your SIM card in the device. If you have CDMA, i.e., Verizon or Sprint, you are going to have a much harder time because CDMA does not use SIM cards - your wireless number is associated with the ESN number of the device. I believe you would have a hard time getting them to put your non-carrier phone ESN into the system. Most providers will allow you to upgrade your phone every 24 months and at that time, you can take advantage of the same types of discounts that new customers get on devices. This all depends. It is common practice in the UK for mobile network to lock handsets to their network, preventing use on any other network. If verizon have done this you would need to have the handset unlocked befor you use it on Cellular’s network. Once unlocked, or if it is not you should have no trouble!
